Celaá, ausente pese al caos educativo

No es casual que los sindicatos de profesores vinculados a la izquierda hayan convocado ya una huelga para el inicio del curso en la Comunidad de Madrid, en coincidencia con los repuntes de contagios y con la reapertura de un periodo político en el que el PSOE ha vuelto a aventar la presentación de una moción de censura contra Isabel Díaz Ayuso. La estrategia no deja lugar a dudas, y lo lamentable es que vuelva a imperar el condicionante de desgaste político por encima de la protección de la salud pública. Esa es solo la coartada para plantear un otoño conflictivo en la Comunidad de Madrid, a la que a buen seguro se sumarán sindicatos de otras autonomías gobernadas por el PP. Resulta llamativo que esos mismos sindicatos no se escandalicen por la desaparición de la ministra de Educación, Isabel Celaá, que sigue mostrándose incapaz de articular protocolos realistas y útiles, declinando cualquier responsabilidad de lo que ocurra en las autonomías. Desde luego, no queda nada de aquel «mando único» que con tanta prepotencia asumió Pedro Sánchez durante los meses más dramáticos de la pandemia con el estado de alarma. El Gobierno central está forzosamente obligado a facilitar a las comunidades una normativa coherente, común, clarificadora y no en constante cambio. Eso solo genera confusión y desigualdad. Celaá ya se demostró insolvente para canalizar el final del curso pasado, y su indolencia amenaza con frustrar el inicio del actual. El Gobierno continúa en silencio y solo aporta naderías genéricas que terminarán provocando un caos organizativo en los centros docentes cuando faltan tres semanas para la reapertura de las aulas. De existir motivos para una huelga, ésta debería ser convocada contra el Gobierno por su parálisis. Pero el objetivo final es otro -proteger a Pedro Sánchez-, y las «mareas» sindicales ni siquiera disimulan. A día de hoy, los padres no saben a qué atenerse con sus hijos. Desconocen si las clases serán presenciales, telemáticas o mixtas; no saben las medidas de seguridad sanitaria que cada autonomía está dispuesta a implantar, y que son distintas en función de los territorios; la planificación es inexistente y los protocolos cerrados en junio han quedado desfasados. Sencillamente, el Ministerio de Educación está incurriendo en una dejación de funciones impropia de un estado de excepcionalidad como el que sigue viviendo España. Y si algo hace falta, más allá de la coordinación y la colaboración leal entre estamentos del Estado, es liderazgo y certidumbre. Es su obligación y nuestro derecho. Pero Celaá, como el resto del Gobierno, no ofrece nada de eso.
