Guiño de Igea a Álvarez de Toledo: «No me importaría nada de nada tenerla como compañera en Cs»

El vicepresidente de la Junta de Castilla y León, Francisco Igea, ha asegurado que no le importaría tener como compañera a la exportavoz del PP en el Congreso, Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo. «Quede claro que ni tengo las llaves, ni siquiera el mango de la puerta. Pero no, no me importaría nada de nada tenerla como compañera», ha afirmado el político de Ciudadanos a través de su perfil de Twitter. Además, en declaraciones a EsRadio recogidas por Europa Press, ha asegurado que la marcha de Álvarez de Toledo le ha provocado «pena y tristeza» ya que considera que la política española «ayuna de inteligencia». En respuesta a quienes afirman que la exportavoz del PP en el Congreso «se cree más lista» que el líder del partido Pablo Casado, Igea ha aseverado que «tener gente más lista que uno mismo en un partido nunca es un problema», sino una «ventaja», si bien es cierto que a veces se confunde «la moderación con el viaje al centro». Sobre la posibilidad de que Álvarez de Toledo se uniese a las filas de la formación liderada por Inés Arrimadas, Igea ha reconocido que no le importaría: «Una de las cosas que más necesitamos es cambiar la manera de dirigirnos a la sociedad; no dirigirnos a los sectores ni a cada colectivo, sino tener un mensaje de igualdad y de libertad». En este sentido, ha advertido de los problemas que entraña «parcelar» un mensaje, que son las «trampas en las que ha caído el centro-izquierda», se limita el mensaje la capacidad de dirigirse a la población. «Eso es una cosa buena que tiene Cayetana», ha afirmado. Por otro lado, no solo ha defendido la posibilidad de un acuerdo constitucionalista enre PSOE, PP y Cs, sino que considera que «hay que pelear por ello» y ha abogado por »sacar a los extremos de ambos lados de esa ecuación». «No hay que prohibir el debate ni los acuerdos puntuales pero creo que son dos proyectos esencialmente antiliberales que van en contra de lo que significa el pacto del 78 y el constitucionalismo y para lograrlo hay que abandonar el cesarismo», ha reconocido.
