Murcia limitará al 50% la ocupación de los vehículos para personas no convivientes

El jefe del Ejecutivo regional, Fernando López Miras, anunció este martes 18 de agosto, tras presidir una nueva reunión del Comité de Seguimiento Covid-19, que la Región de Murcia limitará al 50 por ciento la ocupación de los vehículos para personas no convivientes en el ámbito autonómico. La medida entrará en vigor una vez que sea publicada en el Boletín Oficial de la Región de Murcia, según el portal oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, que determina que si un coche tiene cinco plazas, se permitirá ocupar tres. Durante su intervención, López Miras mostró el compromiso del Gobierno regional de «proporcionar garantías al conjunto de la población para seguir con su actividad, hacerlo con transparencia y anticiparnos, cuanto sea preciso, para evitar males mayores» y aseguró que «es algo que se ha hecho desde el principio porque cada hora que ganásemos para adoptar medidas era una mayor seguridad, menos contagios y menos riesgo para todos». Y es que Salud pone el foco en los traslados al trabajo. Miras ha denunciado la aparición de casos en los que personas con síntomas leves de Covid-19 «se suben al coche para ir a trabajar», aunque «entre el 60% y el 70% de los contagios tienen lugar en el ámbito social». Subrayó que «adoptamos las medidas que nos permiten las competencias de un Gobierno regional, y demandamos, con absoluta lealtad, que aquellas que competen a otras administraciones, también se pongan en práctica». En este sentido, pidió al Ejecutivo central un mayor control en los aeropuertos, «en defensa de la salud de los nuestros y como refuerzo a sectores fundamentales de nuestra economía, como el turismo, que si algo ha padecido este verano es, precisamente, esa falta de criterio en las medidas puestas en marcha por el Gobierno central».
