MANILA, Philippines --- A construction worker was shot dead by two unidentified men in his house in Barangay Bambang, Taguig City, police said Friday. Tighter security measures set on last day of bar exams
MANILA, Philippines --- With over 8,000 aspiring lawyers set to take the last part of the 2019 bar examinations this Sunday, the Manila Police District (MPD) said it will enforce tighter security measures and will implement a traffic rerouting scheme around the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Sampaloc, Manila.   The MPD said enhanced security is needed as the last day of examinations "will be filled with festive atmosphere."   Based on its rerouting plan, the west-bound portion of Espaa Boulevard will be closed to traffic from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.   The bar examinations are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.   Th...Keep on reading: Tighter security measures set on last day of bar exams
