OLONGAPO CITY -- A coronavirus patient died on Friday (April 9), raising this city's COVID-19 death toll to 53. The fatality was an 83-year old woman, said Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. She had been exposed to her 60-year old caregiver who tested positive on April 7. The elderly woman was rushed to a hospital on Thursday (April 8) when she began to have difficulty breathing and had taken a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test. DOTR: PNR to resume train operations on April 12
