      MANILA, Philippines --- Philippine Airlines (PAL) flights to and from Hong Kong resumed on Thursday after the Hong Kong International Airport Authority (HKIAA) tightened its security measures in view of the ongoing mass demonstrations. Several flights to and from Hong Kong were canceled on Wednesday due to the protest actions in the special administrative region of China.
